House Fund Donations

The Beta Omicron chapter of Sigma Pi Fraternity excels in scholastics, intramural sports, and alumni relations. Much of our success in rush during the Fall/Spring semester is credited to the house we share and enjoy. However, it is in dire need of renovations.

Renovations include:
• New garage doors (DONE)

• Interior Lighting and Electrical Panel Update to Current Code (DONE)
• Exterior paint (DONE)

• Stair railing (DONE)

• Roof repairs (DONE)

• Flooring (DONE)    

• Trophy Room (storage and displays)

• Facelift to the front of the house
• Remodeling first apartment
• MISC interior/exterior repairs

Please, any donation helps - we want to make the house desirable for both current and future active members.

When you donate, your money will be held by the Go Fund Me site until withdrawn by
Beach Cities Alumni Association to pay for the specific projects. You will receive an email reply stating that the money has been submitted to the moderator of this campaign, Skylar Shimek. Thank you so much for your support.
