Should take you to a page that displays: " 

On the right side of the page; should say "I am giving to:" followed by check boxes for specific amounts or other.  Select the amount or use other to enter a specific amount.  That amount should be displayed on the bottom of the page above the CONTINUE button.

Click the "CONTINUE" button

Fill out the mandatory fields and any other information desired so that you can get a gift receipt sent out to you.

Click the "CONTINUE" button

Fill out the payment information

Click the "GIVE NOW" button
